Price and payment

We always agree the price in advance, before any work starts, based on the scope and the condition of the surface. If it turns out during the work that the scope needs to change, we agree it with you before continuing.

Payment is made once the work is finished, in the way agreed in the quote.

Scheduling

We agree the date of the work individually. If you need to move or cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible. Outdoor work depends on the weather; if conditions are unsuitable, we will agree a new date with you.

Complaints

If you are not happy with the result, please contact us without undue delay, ideally with photos. We will assess and handle the complaint in line with the Czech Civil Code. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer in any way.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, as a consumer you can apply for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
