What data we process

We process the details you send us by email or WhatsApp, or tell us by phone:

your name,
phone number,
email address,
the property address or town,
a description of the surface and the scope of work,
photos you send us.

Our hosting provider also processes technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page) in order to run and secure the website.

Why we process it

We use this data only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.

If you give us a job, we also process the data to carry it out and invoice it (performance of a contract) and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping accounts.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not lead to a job, we keep it for no longer than 1 year from our last contact. After that we delete it.

For jobs we have carried out, we keep contact details, photos and notes on the work for 3 years after the job is finished — the general limitation period for any complaints or claims. We keep invoices and other accounting and tax records for as long as the law requires.

We do not use your data for anything other than handling your enquiry, carrying out the job and meeting our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not pass data to third parties for marketing. Our hosting and email providers may have access to it to the extent needed to run their services.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages and photos are also processed by its operator, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., under its own terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and sets no tracking identifiers. The only cookie it may store remembers the language you chose.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
